Hi there, I need to cancel my subscription before it renews, OR transfer ownership to another person on my team at Box.
Can you help me do that?

Hi there,
I checked your account and found that you've already cancelled your subscription and scheduled the downgrade on 2015-10-31.
After that date, your account will be downgraded to free and you will be never charged for renew.
If you need more information, please let us know.
