Please downgrade our account from Professional to Premium

    Happy new year.

    I want to DOWNGRADE our account from Professional to Premium. 

    I had already paid for a full year of Premium in September 2011. 

    Please do the downgrade for me and email me a confirmation. 

    I was not able to downgrade it myself from your website.  When I click on

    "Account Settings" it shows me that the next billing (for Professional)

    is on Feb 2, 2012.  But when I click "Cancel" it takes me to a "Plimus" website

    with a strange userid that I have never seen before.

    Hello Raja, 


    We understand our payment systems could be a bit better and our developers are working hard on a better solution. I apologise for any undue confusion caused by that. 

    This issue may have been related to the use of two different email addresses used in the subscribe process. 

    I have canceled your Professional subscription, and have added two months onto your existing Premium yearly subscription, it is now not due to renew until the 7-nov-2012. 

    Your 'Account Settings' may not show these changes for a time, but I assure you that your next subscription payment will be for $90 USD on the 7-nov-2012 for one year of Premium status. 


    In the unlikely event you do run into any additional charges before then, please get in touch and we will reverse them immediately. 

    I have made a note and will personally check on your account in early Feburary to make sure everything is how I expect.
