Our customers have been telling us they contacted us through our form on our facebook page. We are not getting these submissions in the email we have set up with JotForm. However, we can see that new submissions have been made when we log into the account. Please help!Page URL:

If you are using email client softwares such as Mozilla Thunderbird, MS Outlook, etc, please check your spam folder from the webmail of customerservice[at]smockadotkids.com if the emails landed there.
So far I have checked our logs and saw that email notifications going to your email address are being sent successfully. So it's probably landing to your email address but not in your inbox.
Once you have checked, please let us know.
