Trying to make a fillable PDF form

 

I have been trying to complete a membership form, I had done this and when I checked needed some minor adjustments. It will no longer work, getting an error looks like it could be xara pro x11 is reporting it

 

Jotform has been working fine up to a short while ago

 

Have restored programme with repair still will not work

 

Have Xara on laptop and tried it on there with the same result so do not think it is my computer's

 

It looks like JotForm ????????

 

Can you check please so to know where the problem lies

 

Don't llke other form programmes with zara and have been using Jotform for some time and not had any previous problems

 

Have to have a form for non profit organisation to do so hopefully this will work again shortly

Page not uploaded yet still work in progress

Could you please indicate if you are still having this issue. I cloned one of your forms and was able to create a PDF with no issues.
