When attempting to login I was presented with the following message.
I have several forms on serveral different web sites which are all now disabled which causes a huge problem as if my account is not re-activated I will have to re-create them all one by one.
I have used JotForm for years and would prefer to continue to do so.
Please can you advise if my account can be re-activated?

We have already re-activated your account, but we are forced to delete the form that is suspected for phishing (login form). Please do not recreate that type of forms as it will be auto-detected and auto-suspended by our system. Thank you so much for your time and cooperation.
