I Don't Receive an Email After a Submission

    Hi,

    I'm afraid i really don't understand the 'email' area and how to set up so all submissions are send to my email!

    I don't understand what I should fill in in this field!

    Can you please help me so i receive all submissions in my email?

    Hi,

    There are 2 reason for the occurrence of this issue. First one, you haven't set any "Recipient E-mail" to your "Notification". Also, you can find the guide about how to access it.

     

    Secondly, you set a condition to send notification when the circumstances provided. In this case, notifications only send when "Company Name" is filled.

     

    You need to delete that condition, if you want to receive notification for every submission.
