When I click the save button, it says "Saving Report" for about a minute, then "Report not Saved".
All my other connections seem to be working fine, changes to other forms are beings saved quickly and with no problems. I tried formatting a different form and that one seems to be saving properly. The form I'm trying to format is shared with me I think its ID is 52575437042152.

Could you describe the method of reporting? Which report type you want to get?
Also, I checked the form ID that you gave and created several reports. I didn't replicate the same error, they were all saved.
In addition, the form that you've mentioned is belong to another user. Could you check the form ID too?

I'm trying to customize the PDF that's automatically sent when an applicant submits a form. I had originally been able to save the formatting changes, but now when I press the Save Report button I get the above-mentioned error.
The report is shared with me by Hammell Transportation. I believe the ID I shared is theirs.

I went back and checked if I could save and it's the same as before. I can make a single change to the title of the PDF and save, but if I try to change or delete anything else it won't save.

I just checked it and I confirmed the issue in the form.
I can't replicate this to my form so I think this has something to do with the length of the form. I have forwarded this to our developer.

There seems to be a temporary issue while saving a custom PDF design and it is fixed now.

I was able to save changes for a while, but I'm getting the 'Report Not Saved' error again.
Is there a certain number of changed you can make? I'm specifically adjusting the question boxes with multiple lines of text to display properly and there are quite a few to modify.

Yes, I'm also getting the same error again. I have reopened the ticket so the assigned developer can check it again.

Unfortunately no, not until our developer is able to find the fix that would be applied and that would stay there.
Since we can not see details of what is the issue (but our developer can) I presume that the issue now is that the fix should be working and that this issue is now specific to your form, so it might need a bit more time to find the best way to fix it without causing issues to other forms.
Having that in mind, the ticket is re-opened to our developer as my colleague has mentioned, and as soon as there are any updates, we will let you know about them through your thread.

I finally just reset the form because I'm not sure what is messing up the save feature. I'm going to try to make as many changes as I can before the error starts happening again.
The problem I'm really having is some questions on my form are long and can't be fully displayed on the PDF without me manually adjusting it. Is this something that may be fixed in the future? Or have I overlooked the solution?

The problem is that information sent to the server is over our current POST limit, because of number of fields in your form. I will be working on it to compress more in order to fit in as much as possible.
As you already mentioned, it is a great idea to allow dynamic sizing and it is on my list. I will update here when it is solved.
