Exceeding the limit. Form gone mad

In my account is one of many forms of "gone mad" :)

I deactivated it, it is not used by anyone - but every day increases the number of records en 200-400 in the presence of a bronze account.
Only last week an increase of more than 1100. Over the last 8 hours of recording increased by 400 points.
What is most characteristic - the form is blank, with no buttons to send data off.

Because of this, already exceeding the limit, new clients can not leave the post.
You could raise up my limits?
