I Got an Email to Say My Account is Over Quota

    I just received an email to say

    "You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Tuesday at 12pm EST. Premium accounts are limited to 1000 submissions per month."

    But my account is nowhere near 1000 submissions - It's only had about 200 over 6 months...

    It would be really bad if it was disabled!

    Can you please let me know what's going on??

    Hi there,

    First of all, sorry for the inconvenience. Recently, we had a problem with the submissions; but currently, we have fixed that issue.

    So, your submissions levels should be back to the normal levels which is 57 right now and your account is active. Please, ignore the email you have received. It was sent by mistake.

    You don't need to worry about it, your account is not going to disabled. Please, recheck stats by yourself and let us know, if anything is wrong with it.
