Incorrect label translations in french.jotform.com platform

Asked by TheatreAction on October 26, 2015 at 09:32 AM

I'm working with the french platform and a lot of the labels are wrong.  I know i can change a lot of them in the preferences - advance preferences such as automated messages, warnings etc. but some a the general labels our wrongs and sometimes confusing. like every where its labeled ''duplicate'' in french its written ''password'' or the label ''delete'' its written ''mse7'' which means nothing in french. I don't mind changing them so that the french platforms becomes more user friendly for everyone. Thank you.

    Hi,

To confirm, you are referring to the labels in the form builder itself?

I'm checking the form builder in french and was able to replicate the problem.

Here's another in the "My Forms" section

Unfortunately, these labels needs to be changed or translated directly in our backend, so it is not possible for you to edit them. I will forward this to our developers to have it checked and make some updates. To help us translate, you can also follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/55-JotForm-Languages.

We will update you on this thread as soon as an update has been made.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.
