Is there a reason my form is not responsive?

    Is jotform not automatically mobile responsive? My form doesn't look good on the iphone 6.

    Actually it's more relating to the logos at the top when someone is on the first page. The shoeteria graphic gets cropped. The rest of the form seems to be responsive.

    Also, area code and phone number are broken into 2 lines.

    Could you try the following methods:

    Method 2: You can try adding the mobile responsive widget. Here it is: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/mobile_responsive
