    What will happen to JotForm Data once I downgraded Subscription

    i upgraded my form now to the bronze plan. 

    and i will want to downgrade in few months, once i downgrade to the free plan - will i still have access to all the information of the already submitted data if it has files storage of more than 100 MB?

    You will still have access to your already submitted data, however, your upload space will be over the limit, I would recommend you to download your submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF file: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Partially-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

    Then, free up space by deleting the submissions that contains uploaded files. Let us know if you have more questions, we will be glad to assist you.

    so i just want to be sure, 

    what i need is the access to the files that the applicants attach to their forms like school certificates and medical approval for exapmle. as these files are usually sent as Word/pdf it will not be download as part of the Excel or PDF you have suggested, it will only give me a link to open them - but actually they are being storage at jot form if i understand it correctly right?. these files will definitely make my storage go over the limit once i downgrade so i want to make sure if i will still be able to open them?

    in other words, once my storage is over the limit it means that i can't receive any new files/forms, but the existing file attachments of applicant will be available to me and will be saved on jotforms?

    Yes, this is correct.

    Just to be clear, if you want to download the files you will need to do it instead on the form Submission page. You will need to click on the file link and Save As or download individually.

    We usually do not delete/remove submissions and data. Unless something is wrong with an account (rogue, phisher,scammer), we always secure the account data. 

    When account is deleted then data will be gone also.

    Once an account go Overlimit Status it will be temporarily disabled. Meaning all forms will be disabled as well and will not be able to received new submissions.

    So in your case, even if you dowgraded subscription, all data will still be there. You will just not be able to access/download them if your account was locked up due to over limit.

    You can acces them again once you settle the account (upgraded or decrease existing submissions to reinstate account)
