    Where are the forms I created

    I just literally created a form a few seconds ago after I was unable to log into an account I created last night (even through the forgotten password link), saved it, and now it's gone. The same thing happened with an account I created last night that will not let me log in.

    The forms should be under your registered Tabauren account. You should be able to log in using either account name or email address.

    Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Log in incognito doesn't work. My username doesn't work. A different browser doesn't work. Deleting browser history and cookies doesn't work, and restarting the page doesn't work. I can't log out, because the site doesn't let me log in. When I try, it sometimes says successful log in (most of the time, it won't), but regardless of what it says, I'm not logged in. I'm redirected to the page that has the "build, design, and your form" icons on the side of the picture titled Hotel Booking Form with the option to either log in or sign up at the top

    I checked your account and it currently has three forms under it.

    Kindly try login in form this URL http://www.jotform.com/login then check under the My Forms page.

    I checked our email logs and all emails were delivered successfully to the destination address TDortch@gmx.us, kindly confirm they are not being accidentally flagged as SPAM.

    Please let us know if you are still facing difficulties accessing your account.
