My forms don't work will with phones or tablets but they work fine on a computer. Is there a way to make my forms more mobile friendly?

Hi,
Upon checking your website, I see that the website itself is not mobile responsive, leaving the form make the adjustment based from the website where it is embedded.
However, you could still try to make your form mobile responsive and see if it gives you a better layout. Here are the methods that you can try:
Method 1: Setting the mobile responsive options in your form builder, here's the guide that you are refer to: http://www.jotform.com/help/311-How-to-make-Forms-Mobile-Responsive
Method 2: You can use the mobile responsive widget. Here's the widget: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/mobile_responsive. And here's the guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form
If you can add your own viewport in the <head> tag of your website, you can easily try making the website itself mobile responsive by configuring a viewport, here's a link you can follow: https://developers.google.com/speed/docs/insights/ConfigureViewport?hl=en
I hope that helps.
