Hi - I'm using jotform for a business where people will routinely upload files (jpg's, mp3's, doc, docx, or pdf) to each form.

Does your premium account offering "10 GB" mean that I get 10 GB "per month" of space available from uploads to my forms?

Ok well i'm trying to use my form for hundreds of people that will be uploading jpgs and mp3's to each form. Is 1 TB going to be able to accomodate that over a year? What are my options?

Let me please inform you that you can delete submissions with files attached on it to free some space when you're running out of space. Of course, you have to download first those files, before deleting for your backups.

I'm not sure if 1TB is enough for you, but that's the highest space limit we could offer which is applicable for Professional Users.

I hope this information helps. Just let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you so much!

    That does help. thanks!

but just to be clear, can you confirm if i have this right:

If I purchase the 10GB account (I think that's what I'm going to shoot for in the early stages), and my 10 GB gets filled up with uploads via form submissions, after I download the files that they sent in the form and delete the submissions I can get back my 10GB space and can start fresh?

You are correct, once you delete submissions it will free up the upload space since the uploaded files are deleted altogether with the submission.
