I've just noticed that I have a lot of submissions for the following form that are empty and I don't understand where they are coming from. I have a number of required fields on my form which means it can't be submitted without being completed properly yet these blank ones are coming through.
This also happened recently with one of my other forms which pushed me over the 100 submissions per month limit and I was forced to upgrade my account, but now I'm wondering if I actually needed to because a lot of the submissions are empty ones coming from no where ?!?

I checked your form's submission data and I was able to see the blank submissions you are referring to.
I will escalate this issue to our development team for them to further check the issue. We will inform you on this thread once this issue has been fixed.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.

Your submissions back to normal. Please check again.

Hi, I just checked and there's still 3 empty ones in there.
Also why did this happen? An explanation would be appreciated.
And finally, I believe this problem is what pushed me over the 100 submissions/month threshold so if I didn't need to upgrade my account I would also like to discuss this please.

I checked your form's submission data and found the 3 empty submissions. Let me follow up this to our development team. There has been a database update on our end that might have caused the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Regarding your submission counter, your current submission count is 20. You still have 80 submissions before you reach the 100 submission limit for your account.

Yes but I have already upgraded my account because on the 21st October you guys sent me an email saying I had gone over the quota and I had to upgrade or you would disable my forms that day! See screen shot below included the date on the top right hand corner.
I therefore panicked as I can't afford to have my forms disabled and upgraded before looking in to it closely and now I think I was probably no where near my quota except because I had a heap of empty submissions which have since been deleted.
If I don't need to upgrade my account, especially because of a database error on your end I would like a refund please.

I have created a separate thread regarding the refund request for your payment made in Jotform. We will attend to your concern on the other thread. You can check it here - http://www.jotform.com/answers/691650.
