    Hello,

    Yes, you can customize your form URL with using our Publish wizard! You can simply follow the steps explained below to create a custom URL for your form.

     

    1. Click Publish while you are in the edit page of your form.

    2. Click Link tab.

    3. Click the pencil icon to customize your form URL.

    4. Change your form URL and click Apply.

    5. Click Copy Link to share your form!
