Submission Issues

    My Weekly Report form will not accept submissions, due to being over the allocated quota; however, the form does not appear to be over the quota.

    Could you please indicate if you are still having this issue. I have just reviewed your forma and everything seems fine.

    If you are still experiencing this issue, please let us know and we will take another look.
