We are not receiving the jot forms contacts to our email and it is hurting our business!! How can we fix this problem ASAP? This has been happening a couple times in the last few months and I can't seem to figure out how to fix it.  We are trying to have our contacts sent to mscapparel@aol.com

    Hello DavidMNelson,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

Upon checking our records, I found that your email address mscapparel@aol.com ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:

Result: mscapparel@aol.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp;521 5.2.1 : AOL will not accept delivery of this message.

I have now removed your email address from bounce list. I would suggest you to use a non AOL/comcast email address like gmail. Not receiving emails on AOL/Comcast email address is a known issue. AOL and Comcast are very strict with accepting emails to their servers. If the email appears to be system generated. If they are coming from a domain that does email relaying like Amazon, they often marks it as spam or simply reject it.

Please use any other non AOL/Comcast email in the "Recipient Email" of your form's notification email alert and that should solve your problem. The following guide should help you how to change the email address on which you receive submission emails:  http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications

Alternatively, you can use your own email address to send submission emails. You can setup SMTP in your account which will be used to send submission email. The following guide should help you set-up SMTP:  http://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!
