Jotform ALL forms showing but when submitted say Disabled

    Please please help urgently.

    We have had some huge issues with Jotform over the last week, we had a bug in one of our forms that made it keep counting the submissions when no submissions where being made. This made us go over our quota which I think has now disabled our account. Our count has now been reset and is sitting at 450 of 1030.

    I asked to have our Quota increased while this was being fixed by the developers and this never happened and now our form is showing as disabled.

    Can you please reactivate our account immediately, this is the close off day for one of our forms. I am so stressed out and upset and I am getting anxious that no-one is responding to my messages.


    I am getting desperate.


    Please help ASAP. If I need to set up a new account please let me know.

    Sorry, this question should've been answered from the MXT account, I tried making a new account to clone the forms but it wouldn't let me as they are disabled.
