Hi! I work for a church and we are looking for a way to electronically check and our new families. I created a form that would work great, but we would love to be able to print certain fields onto a label that would go on the child and the parent. Is there a way to pull only certain fields onto a Google doc or Word document that could print? We want the child to have their name, class, ID number, and any other special instructions on their sticker. We want the parent sticker to just have the identification number. I saw that you can export your responses into a Google doc, but is there a way to also pull certain fields?Page URL:

Unfortunately, there is no way you can print just a few of your "form fields". While printing, all of the fields will be printed.
However, if you are asking "Is there a way printing certain submitted data with Jotform?", it is possible with JotForm.
All you have to do is checking the fields that you want to print in the form submissions page:
I hope it will help.
