Forms are making my site "unsafe"

No matter what I do, recreate new pages etc, when I put in a very simple form it becomes "untrusted'

Is there away around this  or is that it.

I tried to check your site but it seems you may be in the process of updating it.  May I ask, which embed code are you using?  In the embed code, try changing the beginning of the form link(s)link to "https://secure.jotform.com" .  That may fix it.
