    I've tried to click the "Transfer my data to Europe" button but nothing happens.

    Hi there - great news and well done for responding to this so efficiently and elegantly.I've tried to click the "Transfer my data to Europe" button but nothing happens....apart from the page reloading.Am I missing something?many thanksJames

    I am opening a bug ticket about this. It could be caused by your browser. Can you tell me what type and version of browser are you using?

    Yes. It's not working for me either. I'm on Chrome.

    You can also run it from the settings page. Simply check the checkbox that says "Store my data only in Europe".
