Do you have uptime guarantees?

I recognize that technology has glitches, and last Friday's site outage was a new one for me since I've been a JotForm customer, but before I go full-force and move all of my site's forms into JotForm I wanted to know if there are any kind of promises/guarantees for avoiding outages or no downtime for updates, etc.

If there were issues, that doesn't mean our system is down. We've made updates, but we have also made sure that all forms are constantly working. If there are issues, please report it to us through this support forum so we can check right away and alert our developers which are also on standby.
