I have a form where the email content disappears after i received the confirmation email. Is this something that is happening due to jotform?
Or out of our mailbox.
Is the content first appears then suddenly disappears?
I believe we do not have any control in your email client.
I checked your form titled "SunEdison SiteSurvey Submit", there's two notifications setup under "Emails"
For the "Site Survey Submit", the recipient address is firstname.lastname@example.org. I checked our mail log and here's a sample email notification of it.
I can't seem to find any problems on it. I believe it is more related on your email client. Please do check the settings of it. May we know what email client you are using? You can also contact the support team of the email service provider that you have.
