i have moved my account to be hosted on your European servers and now the iPad app no longer works...I cannot sign on

Hi John, I see you appear to be having issues using your jotform account and our iPad App.
I looked but I don't currently see any username for "goandoreghyc" nor did I find an account with the email address you've listed here for "email@example.com".
Are you certain that is the correct username?
If you are then could you please share the email address you are using for your account so that we can try to locate it that way?

Did you check to see if it'd work with the right account name?
Or is it still an issue on the iPad App?
