I do not receive submission email

    I do not receive confirmation emails and submission emails when placing an order

    Hello jorisdircxgmailcom,

    I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and you should be receiving the submission emails without any problem.

    I did check our email logs and found that you have and found that emails are being sent successfully. Please check the logs below:

    Have you checked your spam folder already? Please check and see if the emails ended up there.

    You may also like to change the sender email of your form's notification email alert to "noreply@jotform.com" and see if that solves your problem. Please check the screenshot below:
