You guys were really helpful earlier this morning in helping me with tech issues for a previous form, but it looks as if a new problem has sprung up on a different form I have.
A different form that I have is NOT taking users to paypal after they click submit! I have the form embedded into my website. I cleared cache, reset browser etc. The form went through without a payment :(
Please help! :)

I just tested that form 20021352248 and I am being redirected to paypal instantly after the form is submitted. You can check my video screen here. Could you please try this time? Also, have you tried it on different browsers? If not, please check it and report here if you've experienced any problem.
Note that, If a user closes the browser or didn't settle the payment after being redirected to the Payment Page, this will be logged as a Pending Submission. It will only be posted as a valid submission if the user completed the Payment and was able to completely process the transaction. http://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Pending-Submissions
Just please let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you so much!

Sorry to be freaking out, but this is the last thing I need to do to launch my website. Please let me know!

The problem is not when the form is free standing. The problem is when the form is embedded. I'm currently embedding the form and the embedded version is not directing me to paypal.
I have 3 forms on jotfom and since yesterday all of my forms have been experiencing embedding problems. This is the last form that I need to have up and running and i'm hoping you guys can help soon!
Thank u for your help & time!

May we know the exact website URL where your form is currently embedded to? Also, can you please try to re-embed your form using iFrame code? As you just said, the form it self is fine, so there may be a code conflict between your site and the form that's why the form losses its functionality. Can you please re-embed it using iFrame Code? Thanks.
Just let us know if this doesn't work so that we can further assist you. Thank you so much for your patience!

hey guys, here's a direct link to the form http://www.carrimanlawgroup.com/news/
It's embedded and still when you go to submit your information, its not taking you to paypal. I've used up a few submission in my allocated amount because of this also :(
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for provided information.
I see two forms in your news page source code. This is probably causing the problem.
Could you please try to embed one of your form using an iFrame option?
Please give it a try, and let us know if you need any further assistance.

I removed the second source - that didn't work. Its STILL not bringing me to payment for Paypal:
http://www.carrimanlawgroup.com/news/ this is an embedded version of the form.
I created a second page on my website to create an "iframe" version of the form, and on this version, not only did it not take me to paypal, but many of the conditions weren't working...it didn't even show me a submit button!
This has been going on for 2 days now. I really REALLY appreciate you guys helping, but the problem is not on my end. Please help :)

Thanks for providing us your website URL. I just tested it and it seems to be fine. This page (http://www.carrimanlawgroup.com/news/ ) redirects me to paypal without any problem. Could you please test it on different browsers? Chrome and Firefox seems to be fine.
Could you please try this time and tell us the result? Thank you so much for your understanding and patience with this. It's always appreciated.
