We were using jotform as a database for our SAGEWorks program. I would often go back into the system to get information on our participants especially if we needed their contact info. Now all of the information is gone! Can I get back the information even temporarily so I can save it to a file???

I have checked your forms and only one form has one submission.
Did deleted your submissions?
If that is the case, unfortunately it is not possible to recover deleted submissions. When trying to erase one submission we get a warning message saying it cannot be undone.

Hello Michelle, we got your voicemail email, and somebody contacted you from the SF office, please know that we do not offer phone support, but we try to respond to our users and clients over the forum.
According to the call, you think you lost the info without you deleting it, let me pass this to our backend team to see if we can help you to retrieve it, if this was a glitch in our side, the information will be retrieved, but if you did it on purpose, there is no way for us to do it.
