    Will there be any downtime while this happens?

    Will there be any downtime while this happens? We host rather a lot of important forms through your service so we'd need to know in advance if this needs to be done overnight. Also, CAN this be done ovwernight, or will it be done on a case by case basis, when jotform staff are able to do them? If I press go now, will it start now?

    No, there is no downtime during the switch. Your forms will keep working even if you have too much data and the transfer takes a long time. Usually the switch takes only a few minutes.

    But, we are still sorting out problems. For example, we just found out there was a problem with autoresponder emails form our European servers and fixed it immediately. So, unless you have any pressure to do this right away, don't rush to switch this week. Once we have 0 problems on the EU servers and with the transfers we will send an email to all of our European users about it.

    Any idea how long you're hoping this transition to take before it's safe? Just want somethign to feed back to my employer, should the query the delay in migration.

    Unfortunately, we currently do not have a time table when everything will be working properly.As Aytekin mentioned, we will send an email as soon as everything work 100%.
