Does the form we create have to include any legal disclaimer from JotForm, or can use our own verbiage just before the Submit button?Asked by Ellen on October 29, 2015 at 02:29 PM
We noticed your templates have an agreement (By clicking the submit button, I certify...) at the end of the form. Is this just a sample, or do we need to include verbiage from JotForm on our form?
That is just a sample. You can remove that or change it with your own terms.
