Good Afternoon,
How does my client get a copy of the contract they just signed. Is there a way for me to sign the contract after they have signed and sent the contract back to me? Ideally I would like them to have a copy of the contract with my "signature" AFTER they have signed it. This is all through email.
Thank you for your help,
Julie

Hello Julie,
You can do all of that automatically by creating an autoresponder http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder. So the user who submitted the form will get a copy of their data. You can also customize the autoresponder message and add your signature or any text you want so when they receive the message, they'll see their signed contract with your signature as well.
If you need further assistance, let us know.

receive only our signatures. I want them to receive a copy of the entire
contract they are signing.

Yes, you can actually customize the autoresponder and place everything in it including the field tags. Since text are not included on autoresponders by default, you have to manually copy and paste them on the autoresponder message. You can also add tables, images and file URLs if you want them to download anything like a document file that contains agreements. Pretty much everything can be added on the autoresponder message.
Let us know if this isn't helping at all. Thanks!
