Not receiving submission and autoresponder emails.

    hi , I'm using the form to send an email to my employees and a thank you email to the customer ( the Field EMAIL ) . The mail client does not arrive where I'm wrong ?ù

    Hello UNICORC,

    I am not sure if I have understood your issue correctly. Do you mean to say that you are not receiving the submission emails in your inbox?

    I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You should be receiving the submission emails correctly. I did check our email logs and found that submission emails are being sent successfully. Please check few logs below:

    I also sent a test submission using my own email address, and I did receive the autoresponder email successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please test your form again and see if your receive the submission emails and autoresponder email correctly. You may also like to check your spam folder and see if the emails ended up there.

    You may also like to speak to your email service provider and ask them to whitelist of domain names to ensure the delivery of emails. The following guide should help you grab the list of domain names which needs to be whitelisted:  http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    I just cloned the form, and both submissions worked fine. Can we try doing a real submissions on your for in order to test it?

    I this form cloned i don't riceve email on my email.
