Dear Sirs,
We are selling a digital magazine on subscription but are having problems with the forms. The form has two conditions - the form needs to be e-mailed to us and the person is then redirected to the online shop on our site.
However, since the security update, people are not being redirected to the online shop page, which they need to do if they want to pay via credit card, this has happened a few times now. I am receiving the forms via e-mail, however. This is causing a huge problem and we are losing business because people think we have not received their forms and cannot pay, it looks like the site is hanging. How can I resolve this or is there something I need to do when embedding the form? I have tried to test the form on my side and the same thing happens.
We are using Wix (old HTML 5 editor). My web address is www.urbanecolife.biz. The forms are on our Subscription page, I am not sure what other information you want?
Kind regards

Your form redirects fine:
You have set a condition to redirect to this URL: http://www.urbanecolife.biz/#!online-store/c115j
If the condition is not meet, it will not redirect, in other words, if the "Online Payments" radio button is no checked, then the form will not redirect. And this can happen, since you have not required the field, so the user can skip it.
If you want to require it, simply select the field and click on Required icon above:

Thanks very much, much appreciated. I don't want to make it a required field as people need to be able to choose whether to pay online or offline using EFT, so making it a required field would mean that they must pay by credit card and not everyone wants to or has a card. I am not sure why people are complaining that it is not redirecting, when I checked (and I also checked on another computer) it was redirecting on my side but I wanted to check. I also checked the online shop, and that also looks fine, maybe it is a firewall issue on the user's end? Could it be that?

I don't think it has to do with a firewall, most likely they did not check that field. Did you see their submissions? http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions
I haven't reproduced the issue, your form works fine. Please let us know if you receive any other report.
If you get more complains, I would recommend you to use the Iframe embedded method, since this will not conflict with anything in your site.
If you decide to use it follow these steps:
1) Get a fresh iFrame code: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
2) Before you embed the code, paste it in a text editor like WordPad, you will notice two part of codes, only copy and embed the iFrame part in your webpage, example:
Hope this helps.

thanks for the instructions, I will hang onto them and do the IFrame embed
if necessary.
Kind regards
