I am not recieving email notifications for my form

    I have just created a new form but cannot get the email notifications to work, I have looked through the FAQ guide and i can't figure out how to do it.

    Looking at the email logs it seems that your emails are being sent to you and we do not get any notifications of them failing.

    I also took a look at your setup and it seem that your setup is OK as well, which leads me to believe that there might be an issue with the emails going into spam or trash folders on your side, so please do check spam, trash and bulk folders of your email account over your email clients and webmail account to make sure that it is not ending up in there.

    I also suggest taking a look at this guide: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses
