First I would like to thank you for replying back as that allows us to see how many more people are affected by the same issue.
Having that said, I will raise this to our developers, but would just like to confirm that you went through all of the steps that I had mentioned on the previous thread, but more importantly, since I believe that you did, is if you can tell us what is the form that you are having this issue with?
Once we know these details we would be able to raise this to our developer with all the details that he would need.
Thank you Ben for responding so quickly. I reset the custom PDF and it's now working again. If I can reproduce the problem or if it re-occurs, I will re-post as it may help others. Thanks again.
