The 'Publish' Button in the 'More' Menu for Each Form on the My Forms Page Doesn't Work

When I click on the form, then "publish" under the "more" tab, nothing happens.

You're quite right, Ashley. That method isn't working with any of my forms either. I've submitted a ticket to get it fixed. In the meantime, you can get the code by loading the form into the form builder and clicking the publish button found there:
