Why does my web page go weird when i input form.

Asked by colindaykin on January 19, 2012 at 05:28 PM

I am trying to incorperate a booking form into a web site. We have used jotform before but nobodyu can remember user details, so I have started again. I have made a new form and added the  emails for redirection which work fine when i test them from jotform site. I followed directions to embed the form into Dreamweaver as instructed, but either I am doing it wrong or there is something else not right. I am using Dreamweaver cs5.5. In the attached screen shot you will see what I am trying to do. The booking icons on the list is where you click and it takes you to the form where people can book. When I insert code the page where the icons go seem to stretch out of all proportion. If you could help it would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou

There some kind of issue with the styling of the table.

Its Dreamweaver specific and quite hard for us to give exact instructions on how to remedy it.

We may be able offer a solution if we were able to show us the source code of the HTML file that Dreamweaver has generated.

Do you think you would be able to copy and paste the HTML source code to somewhere like http://pastie.org/ so that we are able to inspect it and try and work out whats going on?
