Trouble logging in

    When I tried logging in a notification popped up saying I have been using the site for Phising.

    I am an online Travel Agent & use your forms to collect travel information as well as credit card information for payments from my clients.  I wanted to use JotForm because you off SSL, even for free accounts.  

    I just quoted a client a trip & sent them the Credit Card Authorization Link & am waiting for them to fill it out so I can book their trip.  Now my account has been froze and I can not log in & I do not know if my client tried filling out the form or not.

    Time is sensitive in my situation because trip prices are always changing due to airline prices.  I would be very upset if I am unable to book them at the price I quoted because of this mishap.

     

    I had the form embedded into my site, but had to change it back to the other provider I was using incase a client goes to fill it out.

    Based on your above situation it sounds to me like your account and forms were disabled due to suspected phishing.

    However, when I looked through your forms and your account for "Cloud9Getaways" I do not currently see anything wrong as your account and forms are currently Active.

    Is that the right account that you are having this issue on? 

    I noticed on your original you have on your website currently you are using "fields" to ask for credit card information and if you had it that way on our platform then yes your account would have been suspended for being in violation of that instead of using one of our approved payment tools.
