Yes, Salesforce integration is possible. For this to work, you have to integrate first the form to Salesforce before getting the Offline PDF form.
Here's our guide for the integration: http://www.jotform.com/help/271-Flexible-Data-Integration-with-Salesforce.
Thanks

Hi,
If I understand your question correctly, you want to a demo form for salesforce integration.
First of all, you need to have an account for salesforce.
After that, you need to verify your account from your Email Address.
Please check the guide below, there is also a demo for salesforce.

If this doesn't answer your question, please explain further and/or add more details about it so we can assist you properly.

Hi,
We can not give you a live demo because you need to enter your email address and password while you are integrating the salesforce.
You need to enter your Salesforce username and password.
I try to figure out it with another solution and I will inform you as soon as possible.
Thank you.

Hi,
I will tell you the steps by step how to integrate Salesforce.
Here is how to do this:
1) Click on Integrations.
2) Choose Salesforce Integration.
3) Enter your SalesForce username, password and Security Token.
Security Token is on your Sourceforce account under the My Settings => Personal => Reset My Security Token.
4) Now, choose the type of data that will be transferred from the form. Use "Contact" for people and "Lead" for companies.
5) Map your form questions with the data fields on your Salesforce database.
6) Click on Finish Button.
I hope this information is useful for you.
If you require any further information, feel free to contact us. We will be happy to assist you.

Hi,
You're welcome. Once the integration is setup, the PDF uses the same integration as the web form. it will work when the PDF copy is submitted as well.
As an alternative way, you can add a PDF link to the email notifications and download the PDF version of that submission.
1. Click the "Emails" option.
2) Click on Notifications.
3) Click on Reply-To and Recipient Settings
4) You can add the PDF link of the submission.
If you have any question or issues, please do not hesitate contacting us. We will be glad to assist you.
