Submission Date Error in the Integration Data using Google Spreadsheet

    Dear Friends:

    After I was done the integration of my data in a google spreadsheet, the date of the new mails disappeared.

    I sent you a file with the issue.

    I done the integration after of the row 1080, the last 2 mails were sent with my spreadsheet open.

    It is possible to see the new mails with my spreadsheet open and to visualize the date?

    Hi Nestor,

    Please try first doing the Google Spreadsheet re-integration process on your jotform

    That is by removing first the existing integration


    and then integrate again to Google Spreadsheet.

    After re-integration, check again the Google spreadsheet submission if the Submission Date column still have the same issue.

    Let us know if issue psrsist.

    Hi, I send you the result.
    The re-integration is done, the old results are ok now, but again the new data (in real time) are added to the spreadsheet without date (while I have open the spreadsheet). I want to view the new data in real time. I don't want to remove integration and re-integrate every day.

    Thank you for providing us with more details and screenshot of the issue.

    I have forwarded this thread to our higher team support so that they can check if we have issue with Google Spreadsheet integraion.

    So far I could not replicate the same when I test it on my test form 


    We will notify you once we have update on the status.
