Are you referring to the sending emails when someone submits your form? If you want to get notified/receive emails when someone submits your form, you can setup a Notification email. You can check this article form more information:Setting Up Email Notifications. If you want your user to receive and email when they submit your form, you can add an auto responder email in your form.
