Anyone have any ideas on why this might be? I can see it but some of my customers can't see anything. Thanks

Please advise your clients to wait for a few seconds. Sometimes, it takes some time for the form to load up completely. The speed of internet connection is one of the factors that could affect the loading time of the forms. Kindly check and let us know if you need further assistance.

By the way, kindly ask your clients who can't see your form to provide the web browser they're using if possible.

Thanks so much for your swift response. I can see it and I use IE. One of my customers msgd and said she couldn't see it with IE and another couldn't using Firefox. However, I will get them to try what you suggest and see if I get any more feedback.
