Can I add a bookmark and hyperlink to it on the form

See the sample form below. Under the text that says "If the credit cardholder is paying for other attendees, please provide each attendee's information below" I'd like to be able add a hyperlink to a bookmark at the bottom of the page  to tell the visitor if there are no more attendees click here to go to bottom of page for payment. Can I do this?

I have inspected your form and I saw that you already one part of anchor tag inside of your text field. 

You should also dd a "Text" field in your form to create a anchor tag where you want to jump. I added it at the end of your form. Please check the screenshot below:
