    Reply/Forward emails limit on free accounts

    sending out emails , I reached my limit

    I reached my limit.  how do I upgrade?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Our Free and Sub User accounts are currently limited to 20 reply/forward emails from submissions page per hour. It means that the limit should be automatically lifted after some time.

    Paid accounts are limited to 100 emails/hour, so you might consider this as an alternative option. Accounts can be upgraded from the Pricing page.

    Hi there,

    We are on a paid account and also getting the 'Oops, reached your limit' error despite not having sent any emails. As backend developers have been mentioned, do I assume this is a glitch behind the scenes? If so, have there been any developments with resolving it?
