Dear whom this may concern,
I have tried last month to downgrade my plan to the free version again. There was a pop up window that said that my request for that was received and that you guys will do it manually on your end.
This morning I was billed again, and I was wondering if you can please refund me that charge and please change my account to the free one. (and please confirm it with me via email since you do not have a #...) My email/user is email@example.com

I did the necessary steps to refund and cancel your subscription; but because of using Paypal gateway, the refund process will take some time. Generally, it takes 10 business days.
After this operation, your account will be downgraded to Free plan and your forms and submissions will still reachable.
