    Hi,

Some uploaded images on my forms aren't working anymore because it says bandwidth limit exceeded. For example this image:

How is this possible? I'm using a paid account and never had this limit before. There is no more usage then normal on my forms.

Sorry for this inconvenience. This is a new limit placed so users do not abuse our bandwidth. If the file is larger than 100MB, you will only be able to download it 10 times. If it is greater than 100MB, you may download it 100 times.

I have reset the counter for his limit. so you can view/download your image.

If you are still experiencing this issue, please let us know and we will be glad to review it.

Ok. But this means that I cannot use images uploaded with the Jotform image uploader on my forms anymore (100 times is way to low for normal form usage)?

    Hi,

Just for clarification, I believe files that are less than 10 MB can be downloaded 100 times, while those that are greater than 10 MB can be downloaded 10 times.

Currently, this is the limit we have, you could always download the file in your local storage to easily view it, you can also take advantage of the file sharing storage services like Dropbox and Google Drive where you can easily upload the PDF submission and the file uploads automatically when a new submission has been made.

    I hope that helps.

Is that saying the same file that is less than 10 MB can be downloaded 100 times or I can only download 100 files that area less than 10 MB?

Just to clarify it is not to download images but to show images on the form. I now need to use an external hoster if I understand correctly.

To clarify this a bit more, if you have uploaded various files a, b, c, etc each less than 10MB. You can download each file 100 times per month. You may download file a 100 times, b 100 times on so on.

If you have files X, Y, Z each greater than 10MB, this can be download only 10 times per month. Meaning you can download file X 10 times, Y 10 times and Z 10 times.

If you require to download a files more times, you can integrate your form with Google Drive or Dropbox and share the link with your users.

Please let us know if you require further assistance.
