How can I undo a change that I made while customizing a pdf?

I customized a pdf to not include pictures since the file was too large to e-mail.  Is there a way to undo this feature?

Hi Heidi,

You could try to use the "Reset" button

That should reset the PDF design or layout of the submissions on that specific form.

Let us know if that works.

Thank you for the prompt response Charlie.
Before, I was able to have multiple photos in the pdf. I hit the reset button, however, now only one photo shows up even though there are several with the submission.
Please let me know any other suggestions when you can.

I checked the PDF of one of your submissions and all the images did show:

Are they still not showing on your end?
