Clicking submit button changes total calculated amount

Hi, 

I have a form setup that allows up to three students order a pizza lunch. 

The grand total adds up as expected but when the form is filled and submitted, the calculated amount changes. It appears that it is only capturing the first student order and ignores students 2 and 3. 

I have been wracking my brain trying to figure out if there is a conflict or messed up setting but have hit a wall. I notice that the output in the calculation wizard is {result 1} for the three student totals. Could this be the problem? 

Can you please take a look and let me know what the issue might be and how I can fix it?

Can you try to replace the Juice 1-3 Amount hidden field and Pizza 1-3 Amount hidden field from a calculation field to a Textbox field and see if it will work? It seems that the problem is on the calculation field with condition. You can check the sample clone form that I have used for testing - https://form.jotformpro.com/53071693435962.
