    Account name: tpcgrfx

We have created several online forms for our website and many of them include the send upload file feature.

This is a very imprortant tool for us as we are a printing company and the file upload form feature makes it convinient for clients to send us files.

We have an intermitent problem when clients try to send us files.

A client visits the site and goes to the page where they can upload their artwork. They upload the file and we recive an email with the details of the upload but the file is not attached.

This has happened with several clients. However I would be suspect to belive that it is a jot form problem as this particular client has used the form sucessfully many times and the last 3 attempts failed.

is there someone a jotform who can look into this or perhaps examine our account to see if anything is out of the ordinary?

First off, I'd like to say sorry for any inconvenience caused by this issue to your business.

I visited the page where your upload form is embedded and did some tests but I was unable to replicate the problem experienced by some of your users, as you have described.

Upon checking your site's source codes though, I noticed that it contains quite a lot of scripts. Your upload form was also embedded using the default script method. My hunch is that the form's script might be having intermittent conflicts with the other scripts on your site.

In cases like this, we usually suggest that the form be embedded using the iFrame method.

To get your form's iframe codes:

    1.  Click Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form button
    3.  Choose iFrame option

    4.  Copy the codes provided in the succeeding screen

Please do try this solution and keep us posted on the results.
